Bring the Beach to your Garden this Summer

Live in the city and want to bring a little bit of the seaside to your home? Then transform your shed into a stunning Beach Hut this summer!

In a recent article by The Hip Horticulturist the standard Garden Shed was transformed into an idyllic Beach Hut using a range of products including The Southsea Deckchair Acrylic ACGW.

We loved how The Hip Horticulturist  transformed their shed using just a few products, including one of our deckchairs.  They made it look so easy!

Fancy giving it a go?

We have a wide range of products to create that beachy theme with a deckchair for every garden. The Hip Horticulturist outlined a few of their favourites and why.

Mini Deckchair

Perfect size for the little ones and makes a cute match with the standard size chair. Plus, it comes with safety bolts so they don’t trap their fingers.

Edwardian Chair

This chair oozes style with its vintage look and Edwardian theme. Not only would it give your shed the perfect beach tone but would also keep the sun out of your eyes. (Great for napping).

Fistral Chair

Inspired by visits to Fistral Beach in Cornwall this chair is both quirky and comfortable.

Tennis Chair

The Tennis Chair is a favourite for outdoor garden parties! Very sturdy option which gives the traditional deckchair a slight twist.

Easy Chair

When relaxing in your garden you should feel completely at ease and that’s exactly what the easy chair offers.

Paula Oakley's Wonderful Art!

We are absolutely in love with Paula Oakley's wonderful paintings of our deckchairs!

See if you can spot where these chairs were painted!

Paula is a contemporary realist painter working with acrylics on canvas.

Based in East Sussex her constant inspiration comes from the colours and textures of her environment resulting in the creation of a diverse variety of subjects including still life and landscapes. Every one of her paintings is taken on as a challenge, eagerly embracing the desire to create it with vivid colour and liveliness.
